Manager, Business Process Excellence (Sales Planning, Doc control)
Lead business process transformation and digitalization across YSQ International's manufacturing and trading entities, with focus on sales and planning (sales planning and manufacturing planning). This is a hands-on individual contributor role. The incumbent owns each initiative end to end: review the current process, design the new process, define the system requirements, and drive adoption. Success in this role is defined by: Standardised sales and planning processes applied across entities
Process designs delivered into Internal Developed Software and Power BI
One planning cycle that links sales forecasts to manufacturing and procurement plans
New processes and tools adopted and sustained after go-live
Initiatives delivered on scope and schedule, with benefits reported to management
This role drives the Business Process Digitalization agenda, working under the Head, Document Control & QA. Responsibilities and Duties Process Transformation
Lead transformation initiatives from current-state review to implementation
Maintain the transformation roadmap and report progress to management
Design processes that can be reused across entities
Sales & Planning Processes
Redesign order-to-cash, sales operations, and sales reporting processes
Design one integrated planning process (S&OP), from sales planning to manufacturing planning
Define planning KPIs such as forecast accuracy, plan adherence, and service level Digitalization
Convert process designs into business requirements for Internal Developed Software
Work with IT through build, testing, and go-live, and lead user acceptance testing
Define Power BI reporting requirements for sales and planning Change Implementation & Adoption
Lead rollout, training, and communication for new processes and tools
Oversee SOPs, work instructions, and forms
Track adoption after go-live and close gaps Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
Track process KPIs and benefits against baseline
Audit process compliance and drive corrective actions
Benchmark processes against industry best practice Stakeholder Management
Work with Sales, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and IT across entities
Run cross-functional workshops to agree on common ways of working
Influence department heads to secure buy-in Other Duties

Part C: Qualifications & Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills, Knowledge etc) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business process improvement, transformation, or digitalization
Experience in sales, sales operations, or planning (sales planning and manufacturing planning) is strongly preferred, ideally in manufacturing or FMCG
Knowledge of S&OP, demand forecasting, production planning (MPS/MRP), and order-to-cash
Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central, SAP, or equivalent
Experience writing business requirements for system projects
Proficient in Microsoft Visio and Excel; Power BI is an advantage
Multi-entity, multi-country experience is an advantage
