【 Responsibilities 】

Palletizing & Compliance Inspection: Inspect outbound pallet builds to ensure strict compliance with customer and platform routing guides (Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, etc.). Enforce standards for pallet height limits, overhang restrictions, stretch-wrap gauge/tension, corner-board protection, and pallet-level UCC/shipping labels.

Dock Staging & Lane Management: Organize and maintain staging lanes by carrier, destination, and pickup appointment window. Verify pallet counts against pick tickets and WMS records to prevent mix-ups and short-shipments.

Trailer Loading & Weight Distribution: Direct and execute the loading of 53’ dry vans and ocean containers. Optimize cubic volume while ensuring proper front-to-back axle weight balancing. Supervise blocking, bracing, load bars, and airbag placement to eliminate freight shifting during transit.

Driver Coordination & Bill of Lading (BOL): Check in freight drivers, verify pickup authorizations (BOL/PRO/PO numbers), inspect trailer safety conditions (clean floor, no leaks), and ensure wheel chocks and dock locks are engaged. Review, confirm pallet counts, and obtain driver signatures for a clean BOL. Affix and record container seals when required. 【Qualifications】 1.Experience: Minimum 1 year of warehouse outbound/dock shipping experience 2.Strong working knowledge of LTL/FTL operational workflows, common national/regional motor carriers (e.g., Estes, ODFL, R&L, TForce), and e-commerce wholesale shipping requirements. 3.Proficiency with WMS (Warehouse Management System), handheld RF scanners, and basic Microsoft Excel/Outlook. 4.Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese. Bilingual proficiency in Englih、Spanish.
