Information Systems Architect

Role: Consultant

Position Overview: We are seeking a visionary and highly technical Information Systems Architect to spearhead the growth, strategy, and technical delivery of our regional EUC practice. In this strategic, high-impact role, you will be the ultimate subject matter expert (SME) across the Asia-Pacific region, driving multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud digital workspace solutions.

You will lead data center transformations, legacy virtualization migrations and the deployment of massive, secure, and modern virtual desktop environments. The ideal candidate combines technical authority with executive commercial acumen to orchestrate high-value architectures, support regional pre-sales pipelines, and foster strategic vendor alignments.

Key Responsibilities:

Practice Leadership & Strategy

• Definethe APAC regional strategy for the EUC and Client’s line of business, driving practice profitability, technical capability standards, and service delivery excellence.
• Act as the primary regional champion for End User Computing and Client’s Infrastructure engagements across internal stakeholders, strategic partners, and enterprise clients.
• Drive intellectual property (IP) creation , establishing repeatable deployment frameworks, baseline blueprints, and best-practice optimization models tailored to unique APAC enterprise compliance mandates.

Architecture & Technical Delivery

• Lead complex discovery sessions , design workshops, and architect end-to-end modern desktop/application delivery models.
• Design robust technical blueprints .
• Architect high-scale enterprise VDI and DaaS environments integrated with key orchestration frameworks(e.g., Citrix MCS)
• Formulate large-scale migration roadmaps , successfully migrating legacy enterprise virtual workloads to cost-efficient, high-performance structures.
• Design resilience strategies , including multi-site disaster recovery (DR), synchronous/asynchronous replication clusters, and micro segmentation strategies for security compliance.

Pre-Sales & Commercial Acceleration

• Collaborate closely with regional sales teams as the premier technical authority, mapping client business vulnerabilities.
• Own the technical scoping process for key global accounts, authoring complex Statements of Work (SOW), high-level designs (HLD), and commercial financial validations.
• Nurture close relationships with vendor ecosystems .

Required Experience and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degreein Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 8 to 15 plus years of combined IT experience, with significant hands-on technical design and client-facing consulting background. Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of cloud computing, enterprise software, data architecture, microservices, and security frameworks. Certifications: Industry frameworks such as TOGAF, Citrix Certified Professional/Expert, or cloud-specific certifications (AWS/AzureArchitect) are highly preferred. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication,workshop facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
