UR-SPACE.net is looking for motivated people to introduce homeowners and property owners to our microhomes, garden studios, backyard spaces and prototype housing solutions.

What you?ll do

• Speak with homeowners and property owners about microhome possibilities
• Explain UR-SPACE products and prototype-partner opportunities
• Generate and follow up with qualified leads
• Arrange consultations and site discussions
• Build relationships with homeowners, contractors, designers and development partners
• Represent UR-SPACE professionally at appointments, events and outreach activities
• Ideal candidate will create their own team

What we?re looking for

• Friendly, confident communication skills
• Interest in housing, construction, design or real estate
• Comfortable speaking with new people
• Self-motivated, organized and professional
• Strong follow-through
• Sales, customer service, construction or real estate experience is helpful, but not required

Remuneration

*Remuneration is paid on results.*

• Average income per completed sale: *approximately $2,500?$3,500*
• Target income: *$150,000 per year*, depending on performance, sales volume and approved compensation terms
• No guaranteed income or minimum number of sales
• Compensation details will be confirmed in writing with selected applicants
• Override on your team
