What will you do?
In this dynamic fulltime role, you will take precise responsibility for processing incoming orders via the ERP system Odoo and various partner portals.
You will continuously keep delivery schedules up-to-date and communicate any delays directly and clearly to all stakeholders via backorder reports.
As a process-oriented go-getter with an excellent command of the English language, you will release sales orders, manage booking slots, and decisively handle delivery problems or escalations.
Additionally, you will supply the European repair centers, provide email support via Zendesk, and communicate smoothly with departments such as Quality, Aftersales, and Product. You will strengthen a sustainable and innovative pioneer in Amsterdam that leads the way in fair electronics, where you will work together with an enthusiastic international team to strengthen relationships with partners in France, the United Kingdom, the Nordics, and the US!
