Who we need Reporting to the Dean of Nursing, we are hiring an Administrative Assistant.

As our new Administrative Assistant, you will be at the centre of the day-to-day operation of our nursing program, working closely with academic leadership, faculty, and students to keep a wide range of activities moving forward.

From coordinating faculty and academic activities to supporting students, events, committees, scheduling, and program documentation, you will have the opportunity to see how a university program operates from the inside and become a trusted partner to the people who make it happen.

This is a full-time, permanent role based at our Sackville, New Brunswick campus, with an expectation of working onsite five days per week.
