- Study and analysis project scope, including doing the necessary calculations
- Job planning, scheduling, manpower allocation, organizing site work
- Highlighting deviation from schedule, follow up with necessary paperwork
- Liaising and maintaining good business relation with customers, suppliers, sub-contractors
- Highlight deviation of job budget. To follow up with progress claim in timely manner
- Training team members in the course of work
- Ensuring that the on-site job follow requirements of ISO9000, ISO14000 and OHSAS 18000
- Assist intenders when required
