About the company

YORK, a dynamic company located in the Toulon Est industrial zone (83), manufactures and markets oils and greases for mechanical use intended for a diverse professional clientele: transport, public works, forestry, ski resorts, administrations, etc.

Your tasks

In this capacity, your main missions will be as follows:

• Graphic creation; design of various advertising materials (labels, inserts, flyers) using Suite Adobe and CorelDRAW.
• Event organization: Planning, organizing, and monitoring trade fairs and events (preparation of trade fair files, registrations, hotel reservations, logistical organization and preparation of promotional materials, monitoring of returns.)
• Digital communication: development of the editorial calendar, content creation, and management of social media publications.
• Monitoring and updating the website in collaboration with the Parent Company's marketing department (various website sections: news, events, jobs, etc.)
• Management of promotional materials: monitoring advertising objects, supplier relations, and preparation of material for sales teams.

Requirements

Junior profile with growth potential.

You hold a degree at the Bac +2 to Bac +4 level, from a business school or equivalent training, with a specialization in marketing, digital communication, or e-commerce.

You have a first professional experience within a company.

You master graphic creation tools, notably Suite Adobe and CorelDRAW.

You demonstrate organization, versatility, autonomy, and flexibility.

You possess good writing and interpersonal skills.

You are proficient in English, both written and spoken, in order to regularly exchange with international interlocutors.

You are proactive and enjoy teamwork.

Knowledge of PIMCORE is appreciated. If applicable, PIMCORE is an intuitive and ergonomic interface on which you will be trained.

As part of a replacement for maternity leave, followed by parental leave, we are looking for a Marketing Assistant (M/F) for a fixed-term contract (CDD) of approximately one year, from January to December 2027.

Position to be filled on a full-time fixed-term contract (40H per week), for a duration of approximately one year from January to December 2027.
