FIELD CREDIT & SECURITY OFFICER

·  Follow up on delinquent and defaulted loan accounts through field visits and other recovery channels.

·  Trace borrowers, guarantors, and referees who are difficult to reach.

·  Negotiate and monitor repayment commitments.

·  Investigate suspected fraud, loan irregularities and misrepresentation.

·  Conduct post-disbursement field checks to identify potential fraud and credit risks.

·  Support lawful repossession and recovery of secured assets.

·  Coordinate with Police, LC1, and other relevant authorities on fraud and recovery cases.

·  Support the company and its legal representatives with documentation and follow-up of court/legal recovery matters.

·  Maintain accurate records and submit regular recovery and investigation reports.

·  Work closely with Credit Agents, CROs, and Branch Managers to reduce portfolio losses.
