Reconciliation Officer (Hybrid)

Reconciliation Officer Salary: Up to £28,000 + benefits Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the office Yolk Recruitment is exclusively partnered with a global insurance business to recruit a Reconciliation Officer to join its finance team. This is a predominantly reconciliation-focused role within a wider finance function. It would suit someone who has worked within a traditional finance administration or reconciliation position and is looking to develop their experience within a global organisation. The Role Completing bank and account reconciliations

Using Excel extensively to complete and support reconciliations

Investigating and resolving reconciliation discrepancies

Loading and processing journals

Raising and processing payments

Allocating credits to customer accounts

Maintaining accurate financial records

Processing day-to-day financial transactions

Working closely with colleagues across the wider finance team

Supporting with wider finance administration as required

About You Previous experience within a finance administration or reconciliation role

Strong Excel reconciliation experience is essential

Experience reconciling bank or financial accounts

Good understanding of transactional finance

Experience processing journals and payments would be beneficial

Insurance or financial services experience would be advantageous

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and organisational skills

Able to work independently while contributing to a wider finance team
