Salary: £30,000 - £50,000, depending on experience Location: Penarth, Vale of Glamorgan Role: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor What you'll be doing: Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.

Handling sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages and transfers of equity.

Building strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other professional contacts.

Providing clear, practical advice and delivering an excellent client experience.

Playing a part in the development and success of a brand-new office.
