Job responsibilities

1. Control issuance and receiving of all materials stored inthe Engineering workshop.

1. Ensure that all incoming and outgoing items are in goodworking condition.

1. Responsible for scheduling drivers to pick up/ deliveriesfrom vendors and ensuring via inspections that the items received are in goodworking condition.

1. Maintain clear and detailed documentations of allmaterials & equipment.

1. Conduct regular housekeeping of material stores in aclear and effective manner, and keep track of all products with shelf life.

1. Ensure strict adherence to all Health & Safetyprocedures, legal and company regulations.

1. Assist and ensure compliance for audits and stock takesrelated to store.

1. Adhere to workplace safety and health policies, practicesafe work procedures and safety rules implemented at the workplace.

1. Maintain the cleanliness of the workshop as well asoffice space.

Job Requirements

1. Prior work experience in storekeeping would beadvantageos.

2 .Candidates might need to assist in labor/manual work.

1. Minimum 3 years working experience is required.
