To strengthen our team, we are offering the following permanent full-time position (40 hours per week) at Hamburg HQ or remotely, starting on January 1, 2027: Senior Manager Global Sustainability (m/f/x) In your future role you will be responsible for leading the implementation of sustainability initiatives across Yogi's agricultural supply chains. The role translates sustainability and sourcing priorities into practical programmes that strengthen supply resilience, advance regenerative and responsible sourcing practices, support regulatory compliance, and deliver measurable environmental and social impact.

Tasks

What are your Responsibilities? Lead the implementation of environmental and social sustainability initiatives across global agricultural supply chains Develop program objectives, KPIs, and implementation plans to deliver measurable sustainability outcomes Drive projects related to regenerative agriculture, biodiversity, water stewardship, climate resilience, and deforestation-free sourcing Lead initiatives supporting living income, living wages, labour rights, human rights due diligence, and gender equality Partner with Sourcing, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to embed sustainability priorities into business practices and supplier engagement Build and manage relationships with growers, suppliers, certification bodies, NGOs, research institutions, and industry partners Assess agricultural, climate, social, and supply chain risks and recommend strategies to strengthen long-term sourcing resilience Lead sustainability programmes from design and pilot phases through implementation, scale-up, governance, and reporting Translate programme outcomes, risks, and opportunities into recommendations for senior leadership

Profile

What do we expect? Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Agronomy, Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, International Development, Supply Chain Management, Land Management & Conservation, or related field required. Master's degree in a relevant discipline preferred Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in sustainability, responsible sourcing, agricultural development, supply chain programmes, or related disciplines Demonstrated experience leading multi-stakeholder programmes from strategy through implementation with accountability for measurable outcomes Experience and strong understanding of environmental and social sustainability topics within agricultural supply chains Knowledge of sustainability regulations, certifications, regenerative agriculture, deforestation, human rights due diligence, and greenhouse gas emissions Results-oriented with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity Strong ownership, accountability, and execution focus. Builds trusted relationships and collaborates effectively across diverse stakeholder groups International travel required, approximately 25% of working time Resume in English
