CRM & Email Specialist

YogaFX International Yoga Teacher Training Academy is looking for a CRM & Email Marketing Specialist to support our customer communication, database management, and digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain CRM and customer databases.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
• Organise customer data and audience segmentation.
• Support customer follow-up and communication.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
• Maintain accurate and organised customer records.
• Assist with CRM and email automation.
• Support other digital marketing activities when required.

Requirements

• Experience with CRM and/or email marketing platforms.
• Good Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Familiar with email marketing and digital communication.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
• Able to learn new systems quickly.
• Previous digital marketing experience is an advantage.
