Import Operations Officer

1. Manage import documents and customs clearance procedures

1. Coordinate with Shipping Agent, Freight Forwarder, government authorities, and related parties

1. Monitor shipment status and resolve various issues to prevent delays

1. Control Freight Costs, verify service charges, and evaluate the performance of service providers

1. Oversee compliance with import regulations, process tax refunds, and manage related documentation accurately

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field New graduates are welcome, or those with 1-2 years of experience in Import - Export Good reading and writing skills in English
