Customer Service

1. Negotiate between customers and the sales team regarding specific orders.
2. Act as a communication intermediary with the manufacturing factory to provide customer feedback to the production department.
3. Prepare documents to support and assist with customer orders.
4. Other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Good interpersonal skills and creativity Proficient in using Microsoft office computer programs 0-1 years of experience, fresh graduates welcome Able to read and write English at a basic level
