CCM Developer (Quadient Inspire)

Your tasks

About the role We are looking for a developer to build and maintain our customer communication templates and document-generation workflows on the Quadient Inspire platform.

• Design and develop document templates and blocks in Quadient Inspire Designer and Inspire Interactive
• Build data mapping, style and layout to meet business requirements
• Configure and monitor batch and real-time document generation in Inspire Scalar, and troubleshoot failed jobs
• Implement business logic through scripting
• Handle enhancements, change requests and defect fixes, then promote changes across environments after unit testing
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and provide effort estimates
• Prepare technical documentation and support handover to team members

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field
• At least 3 years of hands-on development experience on a CCM platform
• Working experience with Quadient Inspire (Designer, Interactive and/or Scalar) is required. Candidates with strong OpenText Exstream or Oracle Documaker experience who can show they can quickly move to Quadient will also be considered.
• Experience with XML/CSV data handling and scripting
• Familiar with the full software development lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing and support)
• Able to work independently and communicate clearly with stakeholders

Good to have

• Experience migrating templates between CCM platforms
• Exposure to Messagepoint or other communication design tools
