Construction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage electrical construction projects from planning to completion. Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, manpower and site operations. Manage project teams, subcontractors and suppliers. Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and authorities. Ensure projects meet quality, safety and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Minimum 15 years of experience in electrical construction and project management. Proven senior management experience in leading teams and managing large-scale projects. Strong knowledge of HT/LV systems, ELV, temporary power works, testing and commissioning. Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Bilingual in spoken and written English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Willing to work extended hours when required.
