QS Cum Drafter

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for all works related to Quantity Surveyor duties.

Prepare and submit monthly progress claim and VO costing

Preparing and monitoring cost budget vs actual cost

Responsible in preparing the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers, and sub-contractors

Make a meeting to discuss with the project team and prepare shop drawings using AutoCad

Able to work independently

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil engineering/ Quantity surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Singapore constructions firms .

• Well-versed in MS offices tools i.e. Words and Excel
