Mold making include specialty mold for metal injectionmolding (MIM) and die casting molds. The end molded components could be use fordisposable medical devices or microfluidics chips.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a group of QA Inspectors and provide technical guidance on inspection and quality-related issues.
- Support First Article Inspection (FAI) and Validation for new and modified products.
- Support MSA / Gauge R&R, calibration and measurement system activities.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications and GD&T requirements.
- Establish and monitor SPC, Cp/Cpk and process capability for critical characteristics.
- Investigate internal quality issues, process defects and customer complaints.
- Implement and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) .
- Monitor quality trends, scrap, rejection and rework, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support customer, supplier, internal and external quality audits.
- Prepare quality reports, analysis and presentations for management and customers.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Precision Engineering, Quality Engineering or related discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant QA / Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in plastic injection molding will be highly advantageous.
- Good knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T .
- Experience with CMM / Vision Measurement Systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of SPC, Cp/Cpk, MSA and Gauge R&R .
- Experience with FAI / PPAP / PFMEA / Control Plan will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO 13485 will be an advantage.
- Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a cross-functional team.
