Document Controller for data center projects

We are now looking for a Document Controller for our data center projects in Kouvola.

The Data Center and Industrial Construction business implements demanding industrial projects, power plants, and data centers. With us, you get to participate in building a new, strategically important business area.

As a Document Controller, you are responsible for coordinating project document management throughout the entire project lifecycle. You ensure that documentation is up-to-date, traceable, compliant with project requirements, and available to the right parties at the right time.

You will work in close cooperation with project management, designers, site organization, quality management, subcontractors, and the customer.

In your role:

You are responsible for the receipt, registration, storage, distribution, and archiving of documents.

You manage document versions as well as review and approval processes.

You coordinate the handling of plans, drawings, and technical documents between different parties.

You monitor the progress of documentation and highlight any potential deficiencies and delays.

You coordinate the compilation and archiving of commissioning, handover, and as-built documentation.

What will help you succeed in the role?

You have suitable commercial, technical, or administrative education.

You have experience in document management, project coordination, or project management.

You are proficient in Microsoft 365 tools and are familiar with document management systems such as Autodesk Construction Cloud or PMWeb.

You work systematically and carefully and can manage multiple simultaneous deadlines.

You have good interpersonal skills, a proactive work attitude, and good English language skills.

We value experience in large construction, infra, industrial, or data center projects, as well as the management of customer document requirements.
