BOI Officer (Chinese Language)

Has knowledge of BOI and related laws / Has attention to detail in document preparation / Has coordination skills with government agencies / Proficient in computer usage / Has English language skills (Chinese language skills will be specially considered) / Has high responsibility and can work under pressure

Qualifications: Gender not limited (Male must have no military obligations) Age 23–45 years 1–3 years in BOI / Import-Export / Compliance Manage and operate company benefits under BOI (Board of Investment) Prepare and submit documents for investment promotion, including requests for project amendments/extensions Coordinate with relevant government agencies such as BOI, Customs Department, Revenue Department Prepare BOI reports such as privilege usage reports, raw material reports, and machinery reports Control and monitor the use of privileges such as import duty exemptions for machinery/raw materials Verify the accuracy of import-export documents to ensure compliance with BOI conditions Manage the Raw Material Tracking system according to BOI requirements Provide advice to relevant departments regarding BOI terms and conditions Monitor changes in related laws or regulations
