- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification recognized by IES/PES
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in Projects
- Familiar with construction sequence, Risk Assessment and Method Statement
- Able to read construction/shop drawings and understand detailing
- Understand ISO 9001 clauses and being able to implement / audit procedures is an added advantage
- Assist the project manager with on and off-site meetings pertaining to technical issues
- Responsible for submission of Architectural samples, shop drawings, and other related documents to the consultants or authorities
- Coordinate and monitor work progress at the site including periodical site inspection and attend meetings during the course of the project
- Able to coordinate well with sub-contractors, RE, and RTO
- Development of Procedures, detailed Engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications
- Plan monthly work schedules and set productivity to be achieved
- Conduct Material Take Off (MTO) and management of List of Materials (LOM) to monitor the progress of projects
- Verify technical specifications for adequacy
- Disseminate technical specifications to the supervisor
- Identify and record any product quality problems and implement solutions
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Commercial Manager
