WAITER (GENERAL)

Customer Service: Greet guests upon arrival, escort them to tables, and maintain a friendly attitude. Order Management : Present menus, explain daily specials, answer ingredient or allergy questions, and record orders accurately. Communication : Relay food and drink orders clearly to the kitchen and bar staff. Serving : Deliver food and beverages to the correct tables in a timely manner and check on guest satisfaction throughout the meal. Payment s: Deliver checks, handle cash or credit card transactions, and provide correct change. Cleanliness: Set and clear tables (bussing), wipe surfaces, and keep the dining area tidy. Safety & Compliance : Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including checking IDs for alcoholic drinks.
