BUILDING ELECTRICIAN

ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR System Maintenance and Repair: Oversee scheduled preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive repair work for power systems, lighting, distribution boards, and backup generators. Team Supervision: Assign daily tasks, direct electricians and technicians, provide technical guidance, and evaluate team performance. Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve complex electrical failures or equipment malfunctions to minimize operational downtime. Safety and Code Compliance: Enforce local electrical codes, safety protocols (such as OSHA guidelines), and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Planning and Scheduling: Design work schedules, review blueprints or schematics, and plan electrical projects or building upgrades. Budget and Inventory Management : Prepare cost estimates, manage resource budgets, and monitor inventory for tools, spare parts, and materials. Contractor Coordination: Supervise third-party vendors and external contractors during specialized installations or major repair projects. Record Keeping: Maintain logs of completed work orders, equipment inspections, testing results, and asset data using computerized maintenance management software (CMMS).
