Food Court Manager

Job Description: Direct and manage food court according to company SOPs and regulatory requirements Retain 100% stall occupancy through effective tenant management Source new tenants to to provide good variety of food to customers Advice and support tenants on their operational needs and service consistency Ensure respective tenants on adhere to the hygiene SOP Monitor daily sales of assigned outlet Assist with operational duties as and when required Attend to customer & tenant queries/feedback promptly Recruit, train, schedule and supervise staff Requirements: Diploma in F&B or related fields 3 years experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory role. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage priorities effectively. Strong leadership and communication skills Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
