Civil Site Supervisor

Job Description: Oversee daily construction activities and makesure work follows project specifications. Monitor workplace hazards and enforce health andsafety regulations, including personal protective equipment (PPE) usage. Inspect materials and workmanship to verify theymeet engineering and building standards. Manage on-site laborers and subcontractors tokeep projects on schedule. Track inventory, coordinate material deliveriesand minimize material waste. Maintain daily logs, record worker attendanceand report updates to the project manager.

Job Requirement: Polytechnic diploma or bachelor’s degree incivil engineering. Minimum 3 years relevant local experience inCivil Engineering projects. Proven on-site supervisory experience in roadconstruction or civil infrastructure projects. Relevant safety credentials (such as BuildingConstruction Supervisor Safety or first aid/CPR). Ability to read autocad drawings and blueprints,strong leadership, effective communication and problem-solving aptitude.
