- Proactively provide professional customer service and product recommendations
- Perform cashiering duties
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Receive, unpack, and arrange new arrivals for visual display
- Manage and organise store inventory and stock arrangements
- Fulfil online orders accurately and efficiently
- Perform daily housekeeping to maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the store
Required Skills & Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English
- Strong sales and persuasive skills
- Motivated and responsible team player with a strong customer service mindset
- High sense of responsibility and good moral values
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
