Our client, a major player in the aeronautics sector based in Mazères, is looking for an Account Manager (M/F).

Your missions: Utilize client needs data and forecasts, dates, and quantities to achieve delivery performance objectives Calculate and enter internal and client indicators, analyze the reasons for variations and communicate them to clients, prepare and participate in performance reviews with clients Handle anomalies, delivery problems, billing disputes, and manage remaining stock at the end of a contract Integrate orders after reviewing their compliance, ensure the recording and tracking of orders in the ERP Participate in client meetings, provide solutions to client issues, and report issues for the updating of delivery plans Ensure the interface with the client by becoming the preferred contact to respond to various requests (quality, disputes and invoice reminders, technical requests) Ensure the completion of shipments and proper administrative management

Profile sought: Ideally holding a Commercial training, you have 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar position within the industrial sector. Mastery of English is necessary. Above all, we are looking for soft skills, so if you can demonstrate adaptability, curiosity, and exemplary behavior, if you have good interpersonal skills and know how to argue and convince, this position is for you!
