Waiters for Ranua Resort for the winter season 2026-2027

We are looking for skilled waiters for our client Ranua Resort for the winter season 2026-2027!

Ranua Resort is an experience package that has grown tremendously from its original form during its over 40-year existence, and it is now much more than just a zoo: stunning glass igloos on the shores of Ranua Lake, fine holiday villas in a holiday village opposite the zoo, two Camping areas, a serving restaurant, two souvenir shops, and numerous different activities throughout the year.

As a waiter, you are an important part of the customer experience. You are responsible for the guests' comfort from start to finish, present the food and drink menu professionally, and help customers with their choices. You will also take care of the restaurant's cleanliness and ensure that every visit meets the restaurant's standards, even in the midst of a heavy rush.

Work begins in October-November 2026 according to the contract and lasts until March 2027 according to the contract.

We expect from you:

• Good stress tolerance to work in a busy environment

• Excellent teamwork and customer service skills

• Adulthood, an alcohol server permit (anniskelupassi) is considered an advantage

• Previous experience in the field, but you will be oriented to the tasks

• Fluent oral English skills
