Sushi Chef - Hanko Aasia Messukeskus, Helsinki

We are looking for a sushi chef to work at the Hanko Aasia point in Messukeskus, Helsinki.

We are seeking a person with previous experience in making sushi who knows the fundamentals of good sushi preparation. We particularly value experience in the preparation and handling of sushi rice, as well as a careful and neat way of working.

In this role, you will be responsible for, among other things:

• the preparation of sushi rice and ensuring the correct texture

• the handling and preparation of raw materials

• the cleanliness of the workstation and good kitchen hygiene

• smooth working in a busy exhibition environment

• the preparation and presentation of sushi

We hope from you:

• previous experience in sushi chef duties

• good skills in sushi preparation

• experience in preparing sushi rice

• precision and good manual dexterity

• a hygiene passport

• a brisk and positive attitude

• the ability to work efficiently even when busy

• a team player attitude

• fluent English language skills
