Restaurant Manager in Bangkok – Bully's Bangkok & Paradise Soi 11

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to be responsible for the operations of two well-known restaurants located in Bangkok: Bully's Bangkok Sports Bar & Restaurant and Paradise Soi 11.
Work begins in November 2026, and full-time hours and a long-term opportunity in an international operating environment are offered.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of the restaurants, managing staff, developing the customer experience, and achieving business goals. You will play an important role as part of the restaurant management and ensure that operations are efficient, profitable, and of high quality.
Your tasks include, among others:
- Leading daily operations
- Staff orientation, motivation, and supervisory work
- Developing the customer experience and ensuring service quality
- Coordinating shift planning and operational activities
- Monitoring goals and business development
- Cooperation with owners and other management
We expect from you:
- Previous experience in roles such as Restaurant Manager, Shift Manager, or other supervisory positions
- Strong operational expertise in the restaurant industry
- The ability to lead and motivate a multicultural work community
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English language skills
- A bold and proactive work attitude
