Head Chef to the heart of a new British pub on Helsinki's Esplanadi!

We are looking for a Head Chef to join us in building the kitchen operations for a brand-new British-style pub on Helsinki's Pohjois-Esplanadi. The doors will open in October 2026 in one of the city's best locations, and now we are looking for an expert who wants to be involved in creating a high-quality food concept from the very beginning.

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily kitchen operations and ensuring that customers enjoy high-quality food and an excellent pub atmosphere every day of the week. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment, knows how to lead daily kitchen life by example, and wants to be part of building a new and long-term operation.

The work is performed on a full-time basis according to the restaurant's opening hours.

What kind of background will help you get started well?

• Previous experience in Head Chef or similar supervisory roles

• Strong kitchen expertise and the ability to manage complex operations

• Good organizational and cooperation skills

• The ability to work efficiently even in busy situations

• A positive attitude and a desire to develop operations

• Fluent English
