Inbound Tourism Sales Specialist
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and sales skills, with the ability to identify customer needs, convert inquiries into bookings, and maximize revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling.
The role involves daily communication with customers in English and Russian , so strong written and spoken skills in both languages are essential (minimum B2 level)
The Sales Agent will be responsible for selling and organizing tours, transfers, tour packages, transportation services, accommodations, and other travel services offered by Yerani Travel .
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through different communication channels
Actively convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings
Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable travel services and packages
Proactively promote tours, transfers, accommodations, and other services offered by Yerani Travel
Upsell and cross-sell additional services to maximize revenue and increase the value of each booking
Follow up with potential customers to increase conversion rates and reduce lost sales opportunities
Manage bookings and reservations accurately and efficiently
Achieve individual sales targets and performance KPIs
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Excellent written and spoken English and Russian (minimum B2 level)
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer communication skills
Ability to identify sales opportunities and confidently recommend additional services
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work toward sales targets and KPIs
Experience in tourism, hospitality, sales, or customer service is an advantage
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Computer literacy
Proactive, confident, friendly, and customer-oriented attitude
