ABOUT US

We are currently filling the following permanent position for our client (fully remote):

SPECIALIST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (M/F/D)

YOUR TASKS

• Manage and coordinate all relevant PMS topics to ensure efficient and smooth processes
• Coordinate PMS developments, tasks and feature requests across different teams
• Support hotel pre-openings while securing operational PMS readiness
• Manage commercial systems and projects in accordance with the roadmap
• Bring structure to complex projects through clear documentation and cross-team collaboration
• Spot opportunities to make systems and workflows simpler and smarter

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Hands-on hospitality experience and a profound understanding of hotel operations and distribution
• Good working knowledge of Property Management Systems (ideally Oracle Opera Cloud)
• Experience with cross-departmental projects and system integrations
• A tech-minded and solution-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
• Very good organisational skills and a talent to prioritize tasks
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
