ABOUT US

For our client, we are filling the following position immediately: HR PROJECT MANAGER TRANSFORMATION & REORGANISATION (M/F/D)

YOUR TASK PROFILE

• Support for HR management in the planning, steering, and implementation of strategic HR projects with a focus on the restructuring program
• Conception, coordination, and monitoring of measures within the framework of the restructuring program
• Analysis and preparation of personnel data, project statuses, and decision-making bases for management and stakeholders
• Creation of management presentations, decision templates, and status reports
• Support in the planning and implementation of reorganization measures, including coordination with relevant departments and co-determination bodies
• Preparation, moderation, and follow-up of project meetings and workshops
• Support in the development and implementation of HR concepts, processes, and steering instruments
• Independent handling of special projects and strategic issues within HR Management Boden

YOUR QUALIFICATION PROFILE

• Completed university degree in business, social, administrative, or humanities, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in project management, organizational development, or HR project work
• Knowledge of change management as well as organizational transformation projects
• Experience in creating management documents and decision templates
• Proficient use of Microsoft 365, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
• High communication and coordination skills in complex stakeholder constellations
• Good knowledge of labor law and personnel management contexts is desirable
• English skills at least level B2
