Document Controller

Join Our Team – Document Controller We are seeking a detail-oriented  Document Controller  to manage project documentation and ensure accurate document control in compliance with client and company requirements. Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain document control procedures for project documentation.

Manage incoming and outgoing documents, drawings, and correspondence, ensuring proper registration and tracking.

Maintain project documents, including procedures, guidelines, templates, numbering, and filing systems, in compliance with client and company standards.

Review documents for completeness and prepare document transmittals for submission.

Receive, register, and distribute all client, consultant, contractor, and internal documents.

Perform quality and compliance checks on documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Maintain document registers, revision histories, numbering systems, and filing records for both electronic and hardcopy documents.

Control, track, and distribute documents to relevant personnel.

Prepare and maintain progress reports on document status.

Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.

Minimum  2 years of relevant experience  in document control, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.

Good understanding of document control processes and document numbering systems.

Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple documents with accuracy.

Fast learner with strong initiative, integrity, and a sense of responsibility.

Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates who can commence work immediately will have an added advantage.

Working Location Changi East Office

Working Hours Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Alternate Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
