Brand and Communication Specialist
Responsibilities:
Brand Management:
Develop and maintain consistent brand identity, tone of voice, and messaging across all communication channels. Ensure all marketing and communication materials align with the company's brand guidelines. Develop brand campaigns and initiatives that strengthen visibility and market positioning. Monitor how the brand is presented across digital and offline platforms. Identify opportunities to improve brand awareness and perception within the real estate market.
Communications:
Develop clear and engaging communication for clients, prospects, partners, stakeholders, and the general public. Draft corporate communications, announcements, newsletters, press releases, presentations, and other brand materials. Manage internal and external communications where required. Ensure consistency in messaging across social media, website, email, marketing materials, and other channels. Support the development of communication strategies for property launches, campaigns, events, and company initiatives.
Content & Digital Communication:
Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop relevant content ideas and campaigns. Develop content briefs, messaging frameworks, captions, and campaign copy. Coordinate with designers, content creators, photographers, videographers, and other creative professionals. Review content before publication to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand consistency. Monitor audience engagement and communication performance.
Public Relations & Stakeholder Engagement:
Support media relations, PR activities, events, partnerships, and industry engagements. Identify opportunities for positive brand exposure and strategic visibility. Help build and maintain relationships with relevant media, industry professionals, influencers, partners, and stakeholders. Represent the company's brand professionally at events and external engagements when required.
Research & Reporting:
Monitor industry trends, competitor communication, and changes in audience behaviour. Conduct research to identify new communication and brand opportunities. Track relevant brand and communication KPIs. Prepare regular reports and recommendations for management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Brand Management, Corporate Communications, Marketing Communications, Public Relations, or a similar role. Experience in real estate, property, construction, hospitality, or a related industry is an advantage. Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills. Strong understanding of branding and corporate communications. Good knowledge of social media and digital communication platforms. Ability to develop and maintain a consistent brand voice. Strong project management and organisational skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and relevant communication or creative tools. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and creative teams.
