We are looking for a Technical Lead with a strong hands-on component in development, data, cloud, Machine Learning, and GenAI. This profile will play an important role in the maintenance, evolution, and optimization of applications, pipelines, models, and AI-based solutions. Responsibilities Technically lead the maintenance, evolution, and optimization of existing applications and solutions;

Develop, maintain, refactor, and optimize code in Python and PySpark;

Work with Databricks and data pipelines in a Microsoft Azure environment;

Support the maintenance and improvement of Machine Learning models in production;

Evaluate metrics, performance, and quality of regression and classification models;

Develop and maintain GenAI solutions, including integration with OpenAI models and APIs;

Implement and maintain single-agent and multi-agent architectures;

Work with LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG solutions;

Support document indexing processes and the use of vector databases;

Develop and maintain REST APIs;

Contribute to DevOps practices, application deployment, pipelines, and models;

Manage development, testing, and production environments;

Use GitHub for version control, branch management, pull requests, and releases;

Ensure automated testing with pytest and code quality validation with SonarQube;

Produce and maintain technical documentation of applications;

Support log analysis, troubleshooting, and technical problem resolution;

Manage and monitor the technical debt backlog;

Support infrastructure change requests. Requirements Up to 5 years of experience in the technology, platform, or framework relevant to the service;

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar field;

Hands-on experience with the application technologies;

Experience in Python, PySpark, and Databricks;

Solid experience in Microsoft Azure;

Knowledge of Azure Data Factory;

Experience with data pipelines and/or Machine Learning;

Knowledge of Machine Learning, including regression and classification models;

Experience with GenAI applied to productive solutions;

Experience with GenAI APIs and models, preferably OpenAI;

Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG architectures;

Experience with relational databases, such as PostgreSQL or SQL;

Knowledge of vector databases and document indexing techniques;

Experience in the development and maintenance of REST APIs;

Knowledge of DevOps, deploys, pipelines, and environment management;

Experience with GitHub, branches, pull requests, and releases;

Knowledge of automated testing with pytest;

Knowledge of code quality validation with SonarQube;

Good written and verbal communication skills;

Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams;

Critical analysis skills and focus on problem-solving;

Commitment to the quality of deliveries; English is mandatory. Differentials Experience in projects;

Knowledge of Agile methodology;

Experience with Jira and Confluence;

Portuguese and/or Spanish;

Knowledge of security, permissions, and data governance;

Experience with observability and monitoring with Langfuse;
