Responsibilities: Build, lead, and develop a high-performance team composed of Solution Architects, promoting a collaborative work environment and continuous innovation.

Define, implement, and communicate the Solution Architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring effective alignment with Enterprise Architecture and business objectives.

Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration to ensure that architecture aligns with business capabilities, enabling integrated solutions that work harmoniously across different domains.

Actively manage technical debt through refactoring and continuous integration practices, aiming for the continuous improvement of agility and long-term system health.

Proactively evolve architectures and technological platforms to support the agile and reliable delivery of future business functionalities, adopting new technologies as necessary.

Establish and monitor measurable reliability practices, such as resilience reviews, maturity assessments, and failure testing, ensuring high standards of availability and disaster recovery.

Provide practical guidance to product teams and engineers in the design and construction of scalable, secure, and cloud-native distributed systems, emphasizing fault tolerance.

Ensure strategic and technical alignment between Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Product areas, promoting the adoption of modern architectural patterns and governance standards, such as event-driven systems, domain-driven design, and API-first approach.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field; additional training in related areas will be valued.

Solid professional experience in Software or Solution Architecture, with a minimum of 5 years in similar roles.

Proven leadership experience in agile environments (e.g., Team Lead, Chapter Lead, Technical Lead, Architecture Manager).

Solid practical knowledge in software engineering, with proficiency in modern programming languages (Java, C#, Python, etc.), cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), and distributed systems.

Deep understanding of architecture concepts for high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity, with experience in practical implementation.

Ability to balance delivery speed with system robustness, managing technical debt in alignment with long-term architectural health goals.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence different levels within organizations.

Strategic mindset combined with practical execution skills; ability to make informed and calculated decisions in dynamic environments.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken; other languages will be a differentiator.

Availability for occasional travel within Europe to promote integration and collaboration between teams.

Differentiators: Certifications in recognized software architectures (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect).

Previous experience leading digital transformation initiatives or system modernization projects.

Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and CI/CD tools.

Knowledge of DevOps practices and agile software engineering culture.
