Responsibilities: Actively participate in SAP IS-U projects, with a specialization in the Customer Service module, ensuring an effective implementation of solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Support SAP implementation, rollout, or migration activities, ensuring that transitions are carried out smoothly and within the stipulated deadlines.

Analyze detailed functional requirements and contribute to the definition of SAP solutions that maximize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate closely with technical and functional teams in the continuous development and evolution of SAP solutions, promoting knowledge exchange and continuous improvement.

Provide support in activities related to SAP FI/CO, properly integrating financial and controlling solutions with the Customer Service module.

Work together with SAP ABAP development teams for the analysis and resolution of technical topics, contributing to the effectiveness and efficiency of processes.

Participate in testing, validation, and functional documentation of implemented solutions, ensuring that all quality criteria are met.

Contribute to problem-solving and the continuous improvement of processes, promoting innovation and adaptation to the constantly changing market needs.

Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience as an SAP Consultant, with emphasis on the SAP IS-U Customer Service module.

Familiarity or solid experience with SAP FI/CO, understanding how to integrate these modules effectively.

Proven experience in SAP implementation, rollout, or migration projects, bringing a practical vision of challenges and solutions.

Knowledge of SAP ABAP, preferably with experience in the SAP IS-U context, enabling technical dialogue with development teams.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Management, Finance, or related fields, providing a solid foundation for systems and process analysis.

Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving oriented mindset, with the ability to work in dynamic and challenging environments.

Fluency in English is essential; Spanish communication skills will be considered a differentiator.

Differentiators: Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to promote efficiency in teams and improve workflows.

Certifications in SAP IS-U, proving your expertise and commitment to continuous training.

Previous experience in complex or multidisciplinary SAP environments, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.

Experience acting between functional and technical teams, facilitating communication and alignment between parties.
