Role: We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Project Manager to lead the international launch and continuous evolution of our Marketing and Sales data products. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, local organizations, and technical teams to coordinate the implementation of standardized data products. You must combine project management, stakeholder engagement, and technical understanding to ensure the successful delivery of scalable, high-quality data solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an international environment, enjoys empowering teams, and is passionate about promoting data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and operate scalable data pipelines for the integration of marketing, CRM, and business data based on the Snowflake platform, ensuring efficiency and robustness.

Design and improve a comprehensive data model for marketing and sales performance analysis throughout the customer journey, using cutting-edge data modeling practices.

Integrate systems such as Salesforce, Funnel.io, and campaign management platforms, as well as future CRMs from other countries, ensuring a smooth and efficient data transfer.

Implement and monitor rigorous data quality processes by defining standards and quality checks to ensure data integrity and reliability.

Create technical standards, templates, and reference implementations for connecting new countries and for the international scalability of the data product, promoting a value-delivery centered approach.

Provide technical consultancy, coaching, and empowerment to local organizations for the connection of CRM, marketing, and sales data, and for the building of local data products within the data mesh approach.

Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, business departments, and the BI Platform Team on a strategic data product of global relevance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent field.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills with diverse stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to build effective and trusting relationships.

Previous knowledge in CRM, marketing, or sales data integration is a plus.

Experience in international projects or working with decentralized teams, providing rapid adaptation to different cultures and work environments.

Ability and willingness to perform knowledge transfers and empower teams, promoting a culture of continuous learning.

Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style, with a strong ability to organize and prioritize tasks.

Practical knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban, with certifications being considered a differentiator.

Familiarity with modern data warehouse technologies and cloud solutions, preferably Snowflake, adding value to the organization's digital transformation.

Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data quality frameworks, ensuring the delivery of robust solutions.

Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of other languages will be valued. Differentiators: Certifications in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or in project management (PMP).

Experience in startup environments or high-growth organizations.

Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, to complement the analysis and presentation of results.

Previous experience with data governance methodologies and data management best practices.
