Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of innovative mobile solutions, using development best practices and scalable architectures for Android and iOS platforms.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define and refine technical requirements, ensuring that the proposed solutions meet both business needs and user experience.
• Evaluate and select the most suitable technologies and tools for mobile application development, ensuring they integrate well with existing systems.
• Supervise the complete mobile application development lifecycle, from conception to delivery and maintenance, ensuring application quality and performance.
• Manage the submission and distribution process of applications in app stores, including handling feedback and resolving issues that may arise during and after publication.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a mobile developer with strong knowledge in Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.
• Demonstrated experience in the design, development, and delivery of high-performance and scalable mobile applications.
• In-depth knowledge of application submission processes in the App Store and Google Play Store, including compliance requirements and version management.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools, particularly Bitrise, Jenkins, or other build automation platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1), both verbal and written, being able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Differentials:

• Experience in mobile solutions architecture and integration of RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
• Knowledge of performance analysis tools and mobile application monitoring (e.g., Firebase, AppDynamics).
• Certifications in mobile development or software architecture will be valued.
• Previous experience in agile environments, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Mentoring and team training skills, contributing to the continuous growth of employees.
