About the role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with a strong orientation towards back-end development to join an international project in the area of Generative AI, contributing to the evolution of an innovative and high-performance Multi-cloud platform. This position has an approximate focus of 90% on backend development and 10% on frontend, involving the development of advanced features related to Generative AI, APIs, automation, security, monitoring, and the continuous improvement of the platform. Responsibilities Develop and evolve robust, scalable, and secure web applications and services, with a special focus on the architecture of complex back-end components using development best practices;

Actively contribute to the development of features for a Generative AI platform, including document understanding, machine translation, agentic capabilities, web use, APIs, and automation workflows;

Participate in all phases of the development cycle, from detailed technical analysis and architecture to design, implementation, documentation, testing, and monitoring;

Develop back-end services using Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript, also ensuring contributions to frontend development using Next.js and React as necessary for integration;

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and secure APIs, ensuring fluid and scalable integration with different services and applications;

Implement and maintain a comprehensive suite of unit and end-to-end (E2E) tests, ensuring the quality and reliability of developed features throughout the entire lifecycle;

Work with Azure services, including App Services, Cosmos DB, Application Insights, and Monitoring, applying DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices for infrastructure management;

Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, promoting continuous code integration and effective continuous delivery;

Create custom scripts and automations to support development processes and operational management of the platform, increasing efficiency and productivity;

Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles in infrastructure management and provisioning, using tools such as Terraform or Bicep;

Develop, test, and iterate prompts applying Prompt Engineering practices to optimize the utilization and performance of Generative AI models;

Define, monitor, and report KPIs related to the utilization, performance, and quality of applications, providing actionable insights to stakeholders;

Collaborate directly with Tech Leads, Product Owners, and international teams to align technical solutions with business needs and challenges;

Incessantly identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, automation, and operational efficiency, promoting a mindset of constant innovation;

Ensure that all developed solutions comply with security requirements, regulations, and internal standards defined by the organization.

Requirements More than 5 years of experience in web application development with a strong emphasis on back-end;

Solid experience with Node.js, demonstrating deep knowledge of its architecture and best practices;

Full mastery of JavaScript and TypeScript, being able to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code;

Knowledge of frontend frameworks such as Next.js and React, with experience in integrating these frameworks into complex web applications;

Significant experience in the design, development, and integration of RESTful and GraphQL APIs;

Robust understanding of testing practices, including unit tests, functional tests, and end-to-end (E2E) tests, with responsibility for the quality of the delivered code;

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and its services, including App Services, Cosmos DB, Application Insights, and Monitoring, applying effective cloud solutions;

Experience using Azure DevOps for the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines;

Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and the ability to effectively automate processes through scripts;

Experience in Prompt Engineering, including the creation, testing, and improvement of prompts for Generative AI models;

Familiarity with APIs and technologies related to Generative AI, such as OpenAI, Azure AI, Anthropic, or Gemini;

Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and/or solutions associated with AI agents;

Holistic view of software development, ability to take end-to-end responsibility: analysis, planning, development, documentation, testing, and monitoring;

Autonomous, proactive profile oriented toward solving complex problems;

Ability to work in international environments and multidisciplinary teams, demonstrating effective communication;

Minimum B2 English, fluent both written and spoken, for technical and collaborative interactions.

Differentials Experience with tools such as Terraform and/or Bicep for infrastructure management;

Solid knowledge of observability practices and monitoring of cloud applications and platforms;

Certifications in Azure and/or in areas related to API development and integration;

Previous experience in regulated sectors, demonstrating the ability to work in compliance with security norms and standards;

Knowledge of application security, data protection, and compliance, integrating security practices into the development cycle;

Previous experience in Multi-cloud environments, including AWS and/or Google Cloud, providing a comprehensive view of cloud architecture;

Experience in architectures and solutions based on RAG, AI Agents, or Agentic AI, focusing on innovation and research of advanced technological solutions.
