Responsibilities: Deliver specialized training for professionals in the Billing and Charging area, covering theoretical concepts and the practical application of Oracle technologies.

Plan and develop a training curriculum with specific modules, including, but not limited to: Oracle Communications BRM, with emphasis on configuration and customization.

Product Catalogue, Pricing & Rating Management, ensuring a deep understanding of pricing and rating models.

Practical implementation of Billing, Invoicing, and MTA Applications, with real use cases that exemplify the workflow.

ECE Charging, addressing architecture and integration with external systems.

BRM Data Model, focusing on Opcodes and REST APIs, including methods of exploration and utilization in day-to-day scenarios.

Mediation and Usage Processing processes, drawing attention to common challenges and their solutions.

Use of Oracle Analytics Publisher for efficient reporting and data analysis.

OCCC (Oracle Cloud Customer Connect), demonstrating the use of native cloud operations.

Evaluate and provide continuous feedback on the progress and performance of participants, adapting the training to their specific needs.

Requirements: Practical and demonstrable experience with Oracle BRM, including implementations and customizations in production environments.

Strong knowledge in the Billing and Charging area, with the ability to solve complex problems and optimize processes.

Solid experience with ECE, Opcodes, and API integration, proving skills in development and testing.

Excellent communication skills, with previous experience in training technical teams and navigating through various levels of knowledge.

Fluency in English, with the ability to conduct training and answer questions in real time.

Differentials: Experience in integrating Oracle BRM with other Oracle solutions, such as Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB).

Relevant certifications in Oracle Communications or other telecommunications technologies.

Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and their applicability in training projects.

Previous experience in cloud computing environments, especially in Oracle Cloud.
