We are looking for an Access Manager to support access management, licensing, data security, and the monitoring of decommissioning requests, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and effective project reporting. Responsibilities Support the management and approval of access assignments;

Ensure the deactivation of access whenever necessary;

Contribute to data security and compliance with defined rules;

Ensure the existence of necessary licensing for all users;

Monitor decommissioning requests within the scope of Project Terminator;

Ensure compliance with deadlines and the quality of monitored requests;

Manage communication with different stakeholders;

Prepare reports, management information, and support decision-making;

Support processes related to IAM, SAP, and access management;

Work in coordination with technical and project teams. Requirements Up to 2 years of experience as an Access Manager or a similar role;

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar area, preferably;

Knowledge of access management applications, particularly IAM and SAP;

Fluent English, written and oral, mandatory;

Basic knowledge of hypervisor systems, namely VMware;

Intermediate knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems;

Intermediate knowledge of Cloud, namely Azure and AWS;

Intermediate knowledge of project management, report preparation, and ITSM;

Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow;

Good communication and interpersonal skills;

Ability to adapt quickly to changes;

Organized, responsible profile oriented towards meeting deadlines. Differentials Previous experience in access management environments;

Additional knowledge in information security;

Experience in decommissioning projects;

Contact with user licensing processes;

Experience in reporting and management information. Important information Fluent English mandatory.
