About the company

At Yel, a leading IT Outsourcing Services company with global reach, we are looking for a Functional Analyst to join our staff of collaborators.

Your tasks

• Participate in projects related to the Commercial area, ensuring their correct execution and alignment with business objectives.
• Manage ongoing operations, including the administration of incidents and operational problems.
• Identify and manage corrective maintenance needs.
• Act as a focal point for users from different areas.
• Provide support regarding the business processes implemented in the commercial systems.
• Manage the relationship between the Commercial area and the various ICT areas.
• Prioritize activities and manage timelines according to business needs.
• Understand business processes and commercial systems to collaborate in problem-solving and process optimization.
• Participate in the proposal and implementation of improvements.
• Execute tasks and projects in accordance with internal procedures and audit requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in IT projects and knowledge of technology and information systems.
• Knowledge of development, databases, and/or systems architecture.
• Experience in the development and implementation of new business processes.
• Experience in the definition of activities, critical milestones, and resource allocation.
• Experience as a Functional Analyst or in similar positions, with a focus on identifying and analyzing business needs.
• Experience with business processes, preferably in the Commercial area.
• Knowledge of SAP, preferably SD and VMS modules.
• Advanced student or graduate in Computer Science, Systems, or related fields.
• Intermediate English.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office tools.
• Proactivity and autonomy for task management and problem-solving.
• Good communication skills.

Requirements

• Minimum education: High School
• 2 years of experience
• Age: between 25 and 50 years old

Other

Modality: Hybrid. 1 day per week in person + 1 full week per month at the client's offices. Schedule: Monday to Friday 08 to 17 hs Zone: CABA (Retiro area)
