Your tasks
- Prepare beverages accurately following YEE3 recipes and quality standards to ensure consistent product quality
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and promote the brand experience
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards to comply with health regulations and ensure a safe environment
- Assist with daily outlet operations to support smooth workflow and efficient service delivery
- Support the team during opening hours and peak periods to manage high customer volume effectively
Requirements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate a passionate and service-minded attitude to contribute positively to the team and customer experience
- Apply an energetic approach to handle busy periods and a dynamic work environment
- Possess a Food Hygiene Certificate (advantageous)
