PROJECT ENGINEER (BATAM)

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage complex plastic part projects

1. Participate in DFM analysis and tooling design

1. Manage tool makers communication.

1. Communicate effectively customer requirements and project deliverables

1. Develop project plans, processes and schedule

1. Identify and mitigate project risks

1. Track project progress and identify potential delays

1. Document project activities and provide status updates and reports

1. Able to work independently with minimum supervision

1. Readily to be assigned with ad hoc tasks, especially to support process engineering

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• 5+ years of project management with mould design, or making or process experience will be advantage

• Experience in managing projects within a manufacturing environment.

• Good understanding of plastic part manufacturing processes.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, particularly in English and Mandarin.
