Your tasks

The main challenges as an IT SUPPORT TECHNICAL PERSON are:

• Execute the daily handling of maintenance tickets for computers, printers, and application systems, aiming for rapid service to users;
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment and software, aiming to ensure the availability of technological resources;
• Provide IT support to employees with the objective of meeting their needs according to quality standards in service;
• Perform maintenance activities on the computer network and telephony, aiming for the availability of resources and information;
• Participate in the analysis, study, planning, installation, implementation, and maintenance of basic and support software such as operating systems, applications, teleprocessing, and related items. Participate in the implementation and documentation of routines that improve the operation of computers, systems, and applications. Monitor the performance of installed technical resources;
• Guide employees regarding the group's IT policies, standards, and norms;
• Support internal events where your specialization is required;
• Report problems and situations of violation of the group's security policy, aiming for compliance with internal norms and procedures;
• Support the Systems and Infrastructure team in projects;
• Support support supervision and management in the realization of projects, results, and goals.

Requirements

We are looking for professionals with

• Ongoing Higher Education in Information Systems, Computer Networks, Systems Analysis, or related fields;
• Specific knowledge and administration in Windows platforms;
• Notions of Computer Networks;
• Notions of Information Security;
• Experience in the support area or related areas;
• Basic English.

It will be considered a differential

• Knowledge of Service Now;
• Certification in ITIL, Cobit, MCITP, MCSE.

Additional information Workplace: On-site - Barra da Tijuca - Rio de Janeiro.

Workday: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm, with an option of flexibility from 8 am to 5 pm.
